Domestic Shipping (within Ethiopia) Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days Express Delivery (Addis Ababa only): Same-day or next-day delivery

International Shipping Standard International: 15–30 business days Express International: 7–15 business days Please note: International delivery times may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Order Tracking You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can follow its progress in real time.

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
